Gimme The Gun!

In a time of peace for all geometric shapes, the carelessness of a reckless game development team threatens the livelihood of every being on the planet. Two fighters, forged in the fires of obscurity, must relinquish the threat and return shapekind to normal. They are, however, slightly… underequipped.

Gimme The Gun! is a local co-op shooter. Two players must withstand waves of bloodthirsty shapes, travel across the land and uncover the truth behind what’s making shapes go crazy, all while sharing their most valuable commodity – The gun!

Can you survive the ravenous hordes? Can you save them? Can you do it without destroying your friendship?! The fate of the world, and the fate of your friend, is in your hands.

Playable Squares

Choose who will defend the planet. Who even are these people?

Soldier – Tough and mysterious. Doesn’t need to wear camo, he’s already green

Quarterback – He would have gone pro if it weren’t for his acute angle. Good at throwing guns

Scientist – Eccentric nerd. Somehow just as good at shooting as the Soldier

Dylan – If it looks like a clown, sounds like a clown and acts like a clown… it’s probably a clown

Matt – Don’t question his logic or his methods. Has the ability to hack your telephone

Chloe – She made them, she can end them

Ludo – Italian with a cool name. Has a beard.

 

Power ups

Sounds good right? Well not everything is there to help you. Think fast or you might get yourself into a lot of trouble!

Change gun – Gives you a random new weapon

Time warp – Speeds things up, or slows things down

Nuke – Destroy all enemies on screen

Health – That much is obvious

Damage up – Again, pretty self-explanatory

Switch enemies – Just when you think you’re in the clear, you can always count on your buddy to screw you over

Beer – Reverse controls

Cocaine – Speeds everything up

Weed – Slows everything down

LSD – Just makes things look cool

4/20 (Party hat) – All the drugs, all at once

Disco – Makes enemies dance because… do you even need a reason?

 

Weapons

Pistol - your bog standard Pistol

Shotgun - good for ending multiple lives in one shot

Machine Gun - fires lots of little shots in rapid succession. Just hold that trigger down

Rocket Launcher - big booms and clouds of pain

Flamethrower - saturate the field with fiery death

Sniper Rifle - take out multiple enemies in lines

Leaf Blower - blow the competition away!
